Shipment processing time

Orders typically ship within 3 working days upon payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After arriving in your country, your order will be handed over to the local postal service. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for pickup.
Please note that delivery times do not include customs processing. Outside is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Estimated delivery times exclude internal processing and administration.
Taxes and duties are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are the customer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
By shopping with Outside Singapore, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges and return shipping costs, including for refused deliveries. Ensure your checkout information is accurate to prevent lost packages.
If a package is returned due to an invalid address or is unclaimed, you’re responsible for re-shipment charges. Returns or refunds are not permitted in these cases.
